The service dog programs of America’s VetDogs® were created to provide enhanced mobility and renewed independence to United States veterans, active-duty service members, and first responders with disabilities, allowing them to once again live with pride and self-reliance.  

Canine Companions provides service dogs to a wide range of individuals with the goal of providing independence to clients and their dogs. They provide service dogs to adults, children, and veterans as well as facility dogs to professionals working in healthcare, criminal justice, and educational settings.

Dogs Inc places dogs who transform lives across the United States—at no cost to the recipients. Their dogs offer hope and so much more: freedom and confidence for teens, adults, and veterans with vision loss, hope for veterans healing from physical and invisible wounds, and relief to military families grappling with stress.

Determined to end veteran suicide, K9s For Warriors provides highly-trained Service Dogs to military veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury and/or military sexual trauma. With the majority of dogs coming from rescue shelters, this innovative program allows the K9/Warrior team to build an unwavering bond that facilitates their collective healing and recovery.

Liberty Dogs is a national Service Dog training and placement program for U.S. military Veterans diagnosed with PTSD. Liberty Service Dogs will be trained to conduct a wide variety of tasks through extensive training and development. Liberty Dogs offers hope and dignity for Veterans seeking support for their healing and recovery.

Warrior Canine Connection utilizes a Mission Based Trauma Recovery model to help Warriors recovering from the stress of combat reconnect with their families, communities, and life. As a result of their efforts, Veterans with disabilities receive the finest in trained service dogs.
